Your profile is created as soon as you finish. Before it goes live to patients we will ask for your state license and proof of malpractice cover, and check them with the bodies that issued them.
What you are agreeing to. Patients choose you first — you will never be shown a patient who has not already chosen your practice. When you are shown one, you are seeing health information they entrusted to us, and you agree to handle it accordingly. The regulatory status you state for each therapy is published to patients exactly as you write it.
